We accept all insurances!  We are currently in network with BCBS, Humana, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, and many more.  This list can change so please check with our staff and they will provide you with more detailed information.  

If you would like your dental insurance to cover your new patient appointment, please provide insurance information 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you have booked your appointment within less than 24 hours of the appointment, please provide the information at the time of booking so that we can do our best to get your insurance verified (and have your insurance company directly cover your plan benefits).

If you’ve booked an appointment and need to submit your insurance information, please email your name, date of birth, subscriber’s name and date of birth (if you are not the primary on the plan), insurance company’s name, insurance company’s phone number, insurance ID number (or your social security number), and insurance group number to office@arnettdmd.com.

Again, upon booking your appointment we offer a complimentary benefits check, estimate your out-of-pocket cost, and submit the insurance claims on your behalf.
